All purchases made through this site is governed
by the general conditions of sale set out here
to follow in addition all the information buyers
will be treated in full respect of Italian privacy
law (Art. 30 Legislative Decree 196/03) .. For

1. (Terms):
All terms of sale, delivery and payment are listed
in detail in various sections of the Site and
during checkout and are considered an integral
and substantial part of this contract. The conditions
applicable to each individual order will be those
displayed on the Site at the time of order. Any
new terms will be effective upon publication on
the Site and will apply only to sales concluded
later.
2. (Public offer):
All products and prices in the Site constitute
an offer to the public with the limitations and
conditions contained in this site and in these
general conditions of sale.
3. (Products):
The essential features of the products are presented
on the site within each product. The images and
colors of products offered for sale may not be
correspondents than the real effect of the Internet
browser and monitor.
4. (Prices):
The prices applied to the order will only be those
stated by the cart and the order confirmation,
without any consideration of increases or decreases
in price, even for promotions, may have occurred
after or before the checkout. All prices exclude
any customs fees payable by the buyer if applicable.
The cost of delivery is not included in the price
of single items but is calculated during in the
cart page.
5. (Acceptance of orders):
The order placed by Customer will be binding only
if the entire order process is completed regularly
and properly without any error message.
6. (Order Confirmation):
In his email box the customer will receive a confirmation
of the order made with the summary of products
and prices.
7. (Delivery):
Circuiti Jewelry delivers his products all over
the world. For any anomaly contact the following
number: +39 (0)321.496176. Circuiti Jewels
will not be liable for any delays occurred during
transport.
8. (And limitations to purchase products not
available)
Circuiti Jewelry shall in no way responsible for
the temporary or permanent unavailability of one
or more 'products. In case of unavailability,
even temporary, of the products required, Circuiti
Jewels is committed to report promptly to the
Customer as prescribed by Article. 54 of Legislative
Decree 206/2005 and not charge the customer the
corresponding price or, in case of payment in
advance, to refound the customer.
9. (Not delivered):
For delivery is required the presence of the Customer
or his agent at the address indicated in the order.
10. (Payment):
The purchase may be paid by Customer to its choice
as follows:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit card
11. (Invoice):
The invoice will be issued for each purchase based
on data supplied by the customer when ordering
online and will be included in the package it
contained the customer's purchase.
12. (Right of withdrawal):
The rights of the client are protected by Legislative
Decree 206/2005. The client therefore has the
right to terminate the contract, even partially,
without explanation and without additional cost,
provided such termination is notified by registered

of goods. Communication can be anticipated within
the same period, by e-mail (at info@circuitigioielli.com)
or fax (number: +39 (0)321.496176). Such notice
shall specify the intention to withdraw from the
purchase, the products for which it intends to
exercise its right of withdrawal, enclosing a
copy of the order. The Customer must then return
the product at their own expense.
If the withdrawal has been exercised in accordance
with the procedures described, Circuiti Jewelry
will refund the amount paid for the purchase of
the product as soon as possible and within 10
days from the date when it became aware of the
right of withdrawal by the Customer. The amount
reimbursed will be net of the costs of delivery.
13. (Responsibilities):
Jewelry Circuiti ensures compliance with quality
standards for products, which excludes any liability
related to the bad condition of the goods due
to improper caring after the time of delivery.
Circuiti Jewels disclaims any liability for any
direct or indirect of whatever nature or in whatever
form it manifests itself, result of using the
Site and / or the news, photos and information
contained herein.
Any dispute regarding the implementation of the
service might be raised, under penalty of forfeiture,
within 10 days of the due delivery of products.
14. (Privacy):
Circuiti Jewels proceed to the treatment of personal
data of customers in compliance with legislation
concerning privacy as set out in detail in the
information in the "Privacy"
of the Site
15. (Jurisdiction):
For any and all disputes that may arise in relation
to the application, interpretation and enforcement
of these general conditions of sale, will be peremptorily
competent Court of Novara.
